At Centeno Cigars, we prioritize the quality and freshness of our products. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened items. Please review our policy below:
Refunds and Returns:
• Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase. To request a refund within this window, contact our Customer Service team at info@centenocigars.com
• After 24 hours, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
Unopened Products Only:
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must remain unopened and in their original packaging.
• Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged or Defective Products:
